Shipping policy

All orders take 1-2 working days to process. Orders may take a little longer to process during holidays or peak periods. 

Australia: Free shipping for orders over $250. Shipping Fee of $25 for orders under $250. Shipping fee may change during promotion periods. 

We are now providing refrigerated courier services which is Australia-Wide service. 

Mainland China: Orders will be sent from the warehouse in China due to the reasons of customs duty and clearance. Free shipping for orders over $250. Shipping Fee of $25 for orders under $250. Shipping fee may change during promotion periods. 

International: Free shipping for orders over $750. Shipping Fee of $80 for orders under $750. 

ATTENTION: Frozen products are only for delivery, no shipping option. 

We are committed to delivering orders to customers as quickly as possible. Orders are cut off at 9:00 am, and delivery starts between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. During peak periods, delivery time may vary.

Due to the characteristic of our products, we will not accept any return and refund requests once the packaging has been opened. Please check carefully when receiving the orders or before opening the packages. If there is any problem with the products. Overdue will not be accepted.
